How long is the rental for?
We will arrange a time to come to your house to set up the Teepee Party. Set up usually takes about 1-2 hours. We will then come the next day to collect.
LIABILITY
Once our equipment is set up we accept no liability for any accidents, personal injuries or loss of property. Please refer to our safety guidelines below to understand any risks associated with our party rentals and ensure that every glamper has a safe experience.
What ages are best suited to the teepees?
We find that they are really appreciated by children who are over 5 years old.​
Younger children who are in or near the tents should be supervised AT ALL TIMES.
Do you supply Teepees for adults?
Unfortunately not, but we do have our beautiful “LA Belle” Bell Tent that is perfect for adult parties such as Hen Parties, Birthdays Party’s, Summer parties, Baby Showers etc.​
Is there a delivery or setup charge?
We are based in Cahir, Co.Tipperary and we deliver free of charge within a 20km radius. We will deliver outside this radius for a small additional fee. We will supply you with a full quote when you contact us to make a booking.

What do I need to prepare before you setup?
Please clear the room you want your theme to be setup in prior to our arrival. Our team is not responsible to help move furniture to clear the space for your party. We do ask that children are supervised during set up. Based on many set ups, we find that our setups are most fun when the final product is a surprise and big reveal!
PETS: we also ask that pets are kept out of the party area while your theme is in place.

What do I need to do before you collect the equipment?
The only thing we will need you to do is have all our equipment in once place after your party. There is no need to wash anything as we will wash all the bedding using non-bio detergent that leaves all bedding fresh and clean for every party.
What payment do you Accept?
We require a €50 deposit when booking to secure your date. This is not refundable if you cancel.
We will deduct the security deposit from the overall cost, once all equipment has been checked on collection. We accept Revolut, Bank Transfer and Cash.

Do you have a minimum number of Teepees that can be hired?
The minimum number of Teepees is 2.
Can your Teepees be used outdoors?
No, unfortunately our Teepees are not weather proof and so are best suited to indoor events. But our amazing Belle tent certainly can. See here for more details.
What is your policy for damaged/missing items?
We love seeing that our Teepees were fully enjoyed when we come to pick it up the next morning. As a small business, we take additional time and careful measures to guarantee the quality of our rental inventory to every client.
We kindly request that you refrain from jumping on the inflatable beds. This "rule" is in place to minimize the risk for injury and leave little room for damage to the equipment! Damaged or missing item may incur a fee.
